We are happy to be able to see you once again at Porta Posnania. After a long break we welcome you to tour our main exposition with audio guides. In order to ensure your safety we have adjusted the visiting of Porta Posnania in a strict adherence to current sanitary precautions.
NEW OPENING HOURS
Tuesday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Monday – closed
The admission to the Porta Posnania main exposition is limited and ticketed.
We recommend advanced reservation and purchasing tickets online through our website www.bilety.bramapoznania.pl, you can also purchase the tickets at the Porta Posnania cash registers. In such a case card payments are preferred.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The maximum number of visitors allowed at Porta Posnania is 85. To ensure the comfort of visiting our staff will be monitoring that number. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Keeping in mind the safety of all of us we remind you of a mandatory covering of your face and mouth as well as mandatory wearing of the gloves while at Porta Posnania building. At the entrance please disinfect your hands. The disinfectant bottles are placed at the door for your convenience. The distance between visitors should be at least 2 meters.
Audio guides and headphones which are included in ticket price are being disinfected on regular basis. You are welcome however ,to use your own headphones . Multimedia available at the exposition are turning on automatically therefore please limit touching the facility equipment.
Self- service check room is also available.
We disinfect Porta Posnania building and all its equipment on regular basis.

During visiting hours please stop by our coffee shop WIDOKI CAFE & LUNCH located at Porta Posnania main building. Before entering the coffee shop are please disinfect your hand (disinfectant bottles are available at the entrance). Placing orders and payment take place at the table counter. Covering of nose and mouth at the coffee shop area is not mandatory however masks can be taken off only after taking your seat at the table.
You are most welcome in the gift shop located at Porta Posnania. You will find there, among others, many interesting publications related to the heritage and history of Poznań, a guide to the Royal-Imperial Route or unique board games!
