Following the Health Minister’s Ordinance of the 20th of March 2020 pertaining to the declaration of the state of epidemic in Poland, we have decided that Porta Posnania will remain closed until further notice. All events scheduled to take place in the near future have been cancelled. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Visitors who bought tickets for our exhibition or events scheduled till May 31th are entitled to a refund.

Refund for the tickets bought online or paid via bank transfer will happen automatically. Refund for the tickets bought at the cash desk can be claimed in 2 ways:

  • by post. To claim the refund you need to send us a completed refund form and a document confirming the purchase (with the original receipt). Refund will be made via money transfer to the specified bank account.
  • personally. To claim the refund you need a document confirming the purchase. Cash return will be possible after the re-opening of our institution for visitors.
